Hey Mark,
I like it. As websites go it isn't bad. The only thing I worry about is that as you're a company in a firecly competitive market, is your site polished enough?
You've made good use of CSS but there seems to be one or two contradictions in your code. For example for the site links table in the left column you've used CSS border properties to create a border but also added a "border=1" property to your table tag:
<TABLE class=LeftLinks style="BORDER-LEFT-COLOR: #cccccc; BORDER-BOTTOM-COLOR: #cccccc; BORDER-TOP-COLOR: #cccccc; BORDER-RIGHT-COLOR: #cccccc" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="2" width="89%" align=center summary=Navigation border="1">
Was that done on purpose? Also, you might consider putting your border properties in your css stylesheet too, just to tidy up the code a little. You also use the TBODY tag - someone correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that tag being deprecated with XHTML? As a web design company you really ought to be aware of these issues.
I'd second Head Diva's comments about the amount of content there on your homepage although you've done well to keep everything "contained" or blocked off so users can at least pick out content with relative ease.
Some quick thoughts:
- Like the logo - powerful and simple and could do well for your branding efforts
- Like the gradient on the header although not sure about the icons on the far left (perhaps could use some work or drop them)
- Image of the lady on the floor at her Mac; make sure that's the image you want to convey
- Text only version. EXCELLENT move! Showing your professional colors!
Some companies you're up against in the UK

Don't let it put you off - use it to strengthen your site!
Hope that helps :-)
