Here is my two cents:

1) That yellow seriously made me flinch when the page first loaded. It is far to bright. Perhaps you can take the saturation down by 36 and the lightness down by 10. That would soften it up.

2) Take it out of frames. Not good for your search engines.

3) Make sure that the color scheme/fonts of your forums matches the color scheme/fonts of your main site.

Is it just me or have you left out what Office Plus 5 actually is? Do you have an image of the software - always a good idea if you're wanting to attract sales - look for a good cover artist. DONT use cover creating software!

Yep, the yellow is awful bright! Careful you don't let personal preference (I take it you love yellow?) override the need for good design decisions - classic mistake. Although you love it, you could be turning away visitors in their droves.

If you're like me and completely color blind and use fireworks, look for a plugin called Harmonia - lets you select a color and will match up perfectly contrasting colors for you to use too!

Always a good idea to link your forum to a fresh browser window. Like this:

Otherwise, nice simple layout, good typography.

Colors, Yellow, bit too bright. B
Fonts, Thought they were very readable. Not any custom fonts though. B-
Graphics - no custom graphics. Not a very serious investment? B-
Logos, No logos. Mmf! C+
Layout - Very nice. Strength to the website. A-
Backgrounds - no backgrounds are good backgrounds

Functionality
Navigation - very nice. Again, strength to the website. A-
Links - No problems that I could see. Things downloaded, etc. I could register on the forum.
Load Time -- Verrrry nice. Western Canada. A+
Bugs - None.

No, I felt for a company selling accounting software the contents did not match the purpose. Perhaps you may wish to check out accenture.com or something or get a picture of a corporate looking accountant for your front page.

if your gonna make a site about products, u have to make it flashy (i dont mean .fla). It must have dhtml sumwhere, javascript, etc.
