I would dial up the opacity on the main black content box... the background image is just a little distracting... for me personally

kudos

i like the look of it but as i mentioned in another thread (w3c sucks) you need to spell check and grammar check. CSS is usually written 'CSS' not Css' it looks a bit weird

Times-New-Roman-like-bold-italic text is the worst thing people use.

sorry. ^_^;
the site looks amazing. i love the color scheme you've put together. the blue rectangle at the top shouldn't be as transparent as it is now. and maybe (somehow?) blend the edge of the black around the content so it flows evenly with the background.

I like the site. Its unique and nicely done. But as some suggested, definitely find a better font type and lose the italics.

I actualy like the darkness it makes the transparent back ground work better with a white you dont get that effect.

I am not a fan of black websites but that is a personal opinion; However when I do a site I usually try to keep design styles close to what is popular or “in style” if you look at any mega site (i.e. google, mac) You will see that light colors (i.e. white, light blue) are the colors that are being used. The transparent background screams MySpace, and to me there is nothing professional about that. Another thing the menu tabs are kind of hidden, I did not even see them at first.
