First off I would get rid of the marquee, I find scrolling text extremely annoying, and in this cas doubly so as it does not scroll smothly.
I have viewed your site using IE 7, FF and Opera and only in Opera does your menu work as I assume you would like. In both IE 7 and FF the curser changes erratically from a pointer to the hand that most people associate with a link.
I originally viewed your site with my speakers muted as I don't usually surf with sound on, but noticed that you had a speaker control so turned my sound on. That was a terrible mistake, why would any one want to read and asorb information with a distracting sound track in the back ground. As a matter of interest I tried out your speaker control and found in the three browsers mentioned above it failed to mute.
You should make it possible for viewers to choose their own font size, especially as you have picked a reletively small size.

This doesn't lead anywhere.
You need to check your links from various pages as the ones I tried didn't come back to the home page.
Sorry if the above seems like everything is wrong, but it seems a shame to spoil what could be a very good site with some easily put right errors.
