I think the logo definitely needs work. It doesn't have the finished appearance I think you're looking for.

Try using an original color scheme also, I don't think you should just borrow Winzip's... One more thing, there's a lot of empty space, try centering your information.

I don't really like the color scheme myself, also what's with the banner ad at the bottom, it really distracts. Also, it's invalid, really invalid.

the colors seem to plain, and everything seems to be aligned to much to the left.
