Website Review and Suggestions

Hwy again guys,

Once again i have redesigned my site but for this time it is staying so i would like you to tell me what you think of it and how it may be improved, thanks to your guys help, i am already using includes to show header.php footer.php and the news on the right hand side.

Please tell me what you thkn about the banner and colours.

i only finished it last night so there may be a few mistakes!

Also i need advice on what to put in the box in the homepage, i just put an x there for now but any ideas would be great!

Hi,

For me the look is very good but slow

6/8 sec. to load the home page and the banner header appear at the end of the 6/8 sec.

Hey, nice design, only one suggestion
Your price plans, the header is blue and the background is white, this isnt a problem but i think you need to make the header kind of flow into the main background better.
If you look at the template i designed for a webhost site, the plan headers flow much better, this is only 1 of many ways to do it.

thanks for the reviews so far, i will try and mess around with the colours etc of teh plans to see which is the best, and thanks for the loading time i will look at this as well.

Any other thoughts on what should go in the box?

Sorry, another thing I have noticed, the navigation.
First: This is a personal preference, the font-family you have used, doesn't fit the rest of your template, your template is kind of modern and smooth but the font looks a bit old, and not smooth, if you know what i mean. Thats just a personal opinion.
Second: This one is not so much a personal opinion but general advice, the font-size, you have a husge space (vertically) for your nav and you don't use much of that space at all and it's not very inviting for people to explore your other pages whereas if the font was bigger, it stands out more and fits in better and looks more inviting.

Hope my suggestions have been helpful.

EDIT: Also i notice you've added a globe where there used to be a letter or something on the news bit at the top of the main content, that looks much better, good image there, it fits in well aswell.

Design looks good and professional, but i will advise you to hire a professional copywriter for your site, the text has way to many mistakes to ignore.

as said before tons of the mistakes at the text - you must hire somebody with good knowledges of english.

As I understand, page http://razor-hosting.co.uk/clients is not ready yet? Design is different.

should be links to the details IMHO. I tried to click on them few times

I like the over all design and colors, very clean, but I am not crazy about the navigation tabs, for one the underline I would take out.

I mean on the navigation bar...the menu bar...the bit with the links saying: 'home' 'about us' 'shared hosting' 'reseller hosting' 'support/client area'

thanks again for the replies, thank you a lot. This may surprise you but i am english hehe. I was just tired on the day i will go through it all again and change the spelling mistakes then.

About the razor-hosting.co.uk/clients, i am leaving it like it is now, tell me what you think, i chose to leave it like this as 1. the coding in the main site doesnt fit with the script to well. and 2. i like it like that but tell me what you think!?

Hey thats fine, personally i wouldnt expect the client area to look the same as the main site.

However one suggestion.
At the top of the page you have the banner for your site, thats good, but if you add a link to it to take you back to the home home page. So it would be:

EDIT: also having pasteed and edited your code above, i have noticed that for your td height, it is set to 100, you should always specify the units so 100% or 100px etc...

EDIT 2: Also, I checked the validation of your site, it said there were 2 errors, to see for yourself visit http://validator.w3.org/ and check your site.

I've read the validator report from w3. And well i am stuck on how to solve the problems now. If you can help please say
