First, plenty of ads. It looks like you'll go right along with the norm with most ROM related websites out there. However, stay away from all of the popups please. Those bug the hell out of me.
Second, the menu system seems fine to me. It's organized well-enough for me. Changing the color scheme is a great perk. I love it how I can personalize the site in a way.
My only complaint is the registration system. Other sites similar to yours don't require you to register. This would make me shy away from your site as I do most others that require me to login. When I'm downloading a ROM, I just want a site where I can get in and out quickly.
