Website Review and Suggestions

Hello,
I have pretty much finished the overall site for a vacation rental service. It is not a big operation, so that is why you can only request to reserve a room, rather than reserve it and pay at the same time. Let me know if it works; would you reserve a room if you were looking to go on a tropical vacation? See it at http://puntacanacondorentals.com. Thanks for any and all feedback, it all helps!

Although I'm new to Ajax, I'm not that big of a fan of it right now. It might grow on me, but it's definitely not growing yet.

Your site is definitely user-friendly to me. I rate user-friendliness on whether or not my parents could navigate the website. They would have an easy time getting around. There's nothing too fancy that would shy them away from it. Overall, good job.

I spent a few minutes navigating through your site. I easily found what I might have been looking for it I were going on vacation. I really need user friendly sites as I am useless on a computer. Very nice... Love the pictures..... Vibrant and makes me want to go on vacation.....

I liked it, very user friendly and good to look at, if I may make a comment, when you hover over the links at the top the shadow / border of the link images raises into (behind) the top banner and makes the site looks unprofessional in my opinion. the rest of it looks great and it would be a shame to have this one thing spoil the overal feel and look.

Just to let you know the book image on the reservations page has a border bottom and right, is this intentional?

thanks for the feedback, it helps. I fixed the links, and that reservation book image.

*edit- forgot to say that this is kind of an international site, but not. If they read english, ok, if not then the site isn't for them. More of an North America/Carribean site though.
