Website Review and Suggestions

Hi all I have redisgned my web site and could use some feedback on how it looks, functions etc.
Being so close to a project for so many hours makes it hard to see the mistakes!

Man, I really like your site. Original... and there's some seriously buff chicks on there!
The site does seem to load slow for me. It seems to be the white borders and stuff... for instance: "The secret to a healthy weight loss" comes up and after reading it for about 5 seconds as white border appears. Seems to do it on each page. It's not really that distracting... just there.

Designs looks good, but once the page fully loads the right half of the header-picture disappears in Opera. Works fine in IE/FF.

I'm new to web design but the look is good, have to agree with the comments above though, it can take a but long to load.
