Yes. nice design.

But the width of the navigation is too wide. It would be same as the banner width.

Also the image in right of the header looks crappy. It should be visible clearly.

You can add logo to your site, like freedom statue.

The background colour and basic look is good. But in the header....the title Freedom should be more prominent. It seems you have used color burn in PS which is nt producing a good effect here...should be more vibrant...
Also font color of "Menu" and "Other Menu" should be changed

The content looks good i don't like the banner part. Could be because of the text font and how its integrated into the design, when you look at it looks like a 3d illusion which bothers my eyes.

I'd say kill the banner entirely. It really just isn't needed. Your site has a clean layout, and that giant banner just sort of kills that. In IE7, your nav menu is extending across the entire width of the page, instead of stopping where the "white part" ends. Also, the "mambo templates" button to the right of your main image extends into the background and looks weird.

If I scroll down at put your nav menu right at the top of my browser, the site starts looking very good!

Perhaps you could move the "Designed by mambo templates" thing to below the picture of the eagle, and actually stretch that image all the way across that main portion of your content.
