i don't mean to sound harsh but this site is awful personally if i was in your shoes i would hire professional to redesign site and just concentrate on the graphics for site

It looks like you tried to design this one yourself, and it looks like you're pretty new to webdesign. I'd suggest you take a look at one of the thousands of websites that offer free templates out there. Take one and customize it to fit your needs. Learn a little bit about CSS while you're at it. Remember, tables are the devil. Oh, and get your site standards compliant

check out http://htmlcodetutorial.com and http://w3schools.com (especially the second one) and read some tutorials.
Start with HTML/XHTML/CSS (all kind of related). Next move on to Javascript, and then AJAX. There are thousands of tutorials out there on the internet. After you get those subjects down, it's time to move on to things like PHP and SQL.
