First thing I would suggest would be to make some content viewable without registering. That makes the site more accessible and more likely to be viewed by people. It's a hassle to register, and people are more likely to register if they can view some content first.

It looks pretty spiffy though.

I would suggest maybe putting a section of newest forum posts and a summary of exactly what you get when you register for the site. I did so and it looks pretty cool. You need a way of communicating that to the average visitor who follows a link or stumblesUpon your site.

you just need to write up a good summary of what the site does. maybe allow non-members to access the Level1 challenge, and then make them register to get beyond that.

I got to level 1 right off the bat and stalled out on level 2. I'm gonna try again later today. great idea for a site! kinda like notpron
