I modified a free flash gallery to have a backend system to manage the galleries / xml files that drive it all... let me know what you think. Thanks!

it's hard to provide a full opinion without being able to see said backend system, but the gallery itself looks good.

Honestly, I don't like the transparency of the photos. Also, I think the images should rotate quicker when the mouse is on the far ends of the gallery. Except those minor things, I think it looks great!

It looks great to me. Transparency is not a problem for me, but I do agree that it might be better if the images would rotate faster. Great job!

Brilliant, the only thing that i dislike is the transparency of the images as they come into the center position.

The design is great. Nice and clean. I've seen that color on many photo-gallery websites. It's the best option for such a website.

Zenphoto is the best gallery script out there. It's realtively easy to setup assuming you use one of there default templates. If you create you own template it gets a little tricky. The backend is awesome and there latest version is even better. It looks good!
