Website Review and Suggestions

Hello,
Just recently launched my re-design of my personal website.

Please can you give me good points and bad points and maybe some improvements.

Any tips on CSS will be great as i am a novice and this is my first site that i am totally relying on CSS for layout.

I liked the site, seems that if you keep changing the images, to different friends, school mates etc you will get a lot of traffic, everyone wants to be a star...

I would move the jonathan adams artwork to the top and make it your logo, and perhaps the links to the right could be in a similar color to the rest of the site?

The design is simple and clean, just I think the blue on the right doesn't quite go with the gray on the top.

Maybe try red. To me the blue doesn't go well with the gray/black and red in the logo.
