Website Review and Suggestions

Its a new fansite i just created and hosting it myself

I want opinions on the look,graphics and if the guides(even though u probably dont play the game) seem helpful to someone who does. Oh and feel free to post in my game forums on the site if u play it or any other game. Thanks a lot ppl!

Ok first of all, the design it looks very very very basic, and does not look attractive to me, although the content is good.

Second on the other pages the background merges with thetext and makes some bits hard to read.

Also the domain, buy a domain makes the site feel worth something

I didn't seen any design first of all.....try to add colors or some graphics....its simple a html pages with loads of links n some text that are not visible at all.....create some design first....!!

You have some content there, and it's good for the game fans, but you should really do a design.

Do you have any CSS skills ? try this:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/ you will find some nice CSS scripts if you are not very good with CSS.

Get rid of the clock and date that it's following the cursor, it's really not needed and might confuse ppl.

Don't use backgrounds that make the text unreadable.

with a bit of work you can make that site look very nice.
and you should get a nice host for it to, PM about that i might get you a good deal

Thanks much for the reviews so far.

No i dont know CSS and thanx for the site Im reading it now and its confusing but I'll press on

As for the hosting I only just ditched my last host because they put too many ads so Im trying to host it on my PC. It works fine but i don't like leaving my PC on all day all night so maybe i will pm later. If anyone has anything else to say abt the site feel free!! I need all the help i can get as im new to web design.

Adding some tables and formatting might help.
The cursor gets annoying after a few minutes.

But mainly, save the scrolling and have those links going across the page as well as down.

And if you're serious about this website, please get a decent host and domain.
