I like the idea and colour scheme you have used for your site.
I would suggest that you try to arrange your content so that it is unnecessary to use the vertical scroll so much, as you have it at present it gets very tedious to scroll thrrough reams of content in order to find something that might or might not be interesting.
On the technical side you need to take a close look at your code as there are many errors showing up when attempting to validate your code. This will make cross browser compatability very problematic.

I agree with the above response. I would organize your content better. I am not a big fan of black backgrounds with yellow text. I've always thought that if you want to get your message across, put your main content on a light background with dark text. It is so much easier on the eyes, in my humble opinion. I have to also add that I would try to find yourself a better host. There are so many inexpensive hosts out there and if you want people to take you seriously, do not use a free host.

Honestly I think it could use a lot of work. It has a very 1990's feel to it. You might have some very good and useful information but it's not very convenient to access. Like the above posters said about the scrolling, your table of contents runs about halfway down a very long page. Homepages should be very short, making it easy to get to your content IMO.

Also you should look for alternatives to angelfire, they really load up the ads and hurt your site. I run a paid host as well as some free hosts, I'd be happy to assist you if you would be interested in moving. Just send me a PM if you want some more information!

It's a last century dsign, but it doesn't mean it isn't good! The only problem are the ads... There are lots of ads!

Don't like the design, seems old. The whole top header is too cluttered.
