That is my first review here. Hope my english is good enough, I try  .
I would only use one header. The very first one is unneccessary, because you can put all your information in the ladder one. The grey bar doesn't look good. I like your logo, it looks nice.
I would make the left and right column smaller. If you think, the middle part is too wide, then I would make the whole site smaller.
For my opinion you have too many Google Ads displayed. You already used the right column for this, so having them on the top, the left side and the middle part is a little too much and it might irritate the visitor, at least me. When I visit a website of this kind, I look for content. As it looks, it gives the impression that you don't have a lot and you try to make up by plastering the site with ads. Instead of the ads you could maybe put some pictures on the left side instead of Google ads, if they are related to the subject or just more content. You could insert links to White Papers, other documentation, etc. for example. If I click on resources, I would expect something like that, not more Google Ads. They could all go on the right side.
And when I click on www.tdt.de in the right column, the first page requests me to sign up, otherwise I won't get further. At least you should link to the home page.
All in all I like the design, but I would make it a little more bright and give it contrast. Too much grey. The white letters on the grey background are probably not good to read for people with limited eyesight, so I would consider this too.
