Hi, I am looking for reviews on the following:
http://www.cheatreference.com/
http://www.cheatshomepage.com/

They are running the same script.

Things I am wanting to be reviewed:

How my adsense is setup, anything I should change as far as locations, integration, etc?

I am looking to keep 1 and sell the other. What one has more potential for me to keep?

Other ways to promote these website (ive joined a couple gaming forums, and ive paid for a month on a site from TLA)

ANYTHING ELSE you can think of what needs fixed or re-done

Thanks alot

the ads look good on both. I would sell the 2nd one only because it looks more plain. gamers tend to like techy looking sites.

Thanks ,I just asked on the ads because I get about 50 uniques(total for both sites) and there is about 0-2 clicks a day, which doesnt give me jack.

I think the top adsense area is ok. Its common to place an image on the left of the advert, and it does work. Only thing I would be a little concerned about as far as thats concerned is the border. You have a single, rather faint line in between the images and the ads.

On my arcade site. There is an ad in the game spotlight area of the frontpage. Now when i emailed google to find out if this was within there TOS they initially said, its ok, but you MUST have a distinct border between the image and the ads...Thats why ive had to add that orange line, which looks rather crappy, but I couldnt think of another way...

Your faint, dotted grey line is bordering on breaking the rules...but its hard to say.

The large red logo I really like. Simple but effective, its quite attractive.

The adsense ads on the sub pages, the green and blue background is not gonna earn many clicks I dont think. It stands out as an advert.

The other major thing I would say is your subpages arent really SEO friendly, but im not sure if the script your using cant create seo friendly URL's

Overall its getting a big

The green/blue adsense on the subpages is not mine >.< unfortunatly..The scripts owner. Im trying to make the pages more SEO friendly but I cant figure out how! I know its possible as there are sites w/the same script what use: http://www.cheatgenius.co.uk/cheats/...ng-Cheats.html as an url

Thanks for the good review

Ya im lost when it comes to coding im afraid I know if your using apache, most solutions revolve around using mod_rewrite, but aside from that im of absolutely no use to you.
