are there incomplete forums? Also, there are a lot of categories and subforums...

I'm afraid to say, I think your forums are doomed from the beginning if you keep them the way they are now. Here are a few constructive critisisms.
- First of all, you need a lot of posters (you'll probably have to pay some to get started).
- You have way too many topics for just starting out, it looks empty and dead.
- Your forum is WAY too broad. Any one of those subjects could be its own website.
- You need something unique, and a good reason to sign up and post. Why would someone want to join your forum and post?

On the positive side, I like the logo. Very nice.

I suggest you capitalize the 't' on Talk.
When I first glance at 'Wetalkwealth', it is difficult to break it into words. Maybe its just me, but my brain starts reading 'wet alk'.

There are way too many topics. I would suggest defining a small niche to begin with then broadening your forum.
