The layout looks too crowded though. May be if you remove the vertical side bar and place it horizontally on top.
You might also want to rearrange the position of the boards. I think the important ones are placed towards the bottom and centre area, while boards like "suggestion about your forum", etc. are on top.
I also think that you must change some descriptions like: "Sell your unwanted items". Shouldn't it be, "Sell your quality products and services here!" ?
