I liked it. I thought the content was good, the navigation got me where I wanted to go, and I learned some new tricks. I also clicked a bunch of your ads. I think whenever an earner goes to review another earner's site, you should throw a couple clicks their way as a professional courtesy 
At any rate, I think you could make better use of your banner area. Lots of good real estate at the top not getting used. Also, I would run an adsense skyscraper down the left hand side of the page, and maybe put an adsense banner (or two half banners) between the Recent Tricks and Recent Magicians. You should increase your clicks with that. Your link unit is well placed, I wouldn't touch it.
