Website Review and Suggestions

I'v created a layout at http://www.niche-reviews.com (There isn't any real content yet).

Was wanting to get some feedback so i can determine if its a good layout or bad layout, easy on the eye or not?

Layout is pretty boring tbh and the back should be a little brighter for a better contrast with the text.

Also put the content in the centre, it looks weird with the header centred but not the content.

i think the yellow is a little to intense and the general layout needs a little help.
a good logo would work wonders up in the top left blank space, and also if everything was centered and brought in so you had a fair bit of space on both sides you might be looking at a more user friendly site.

You need some nice graphcs in there - some shadows and highlights,etc

Ya, I agree. The layout is pretty boring. I'd try a new one.

I unfortunately hate to be another person just chiming in but this design needs a great deal of help.

It is pretty much an entire do over. It has a distinct 1994 feel to it.
