Website Review and Suggestions

Hey there,

i would like to know your honest opinion on my site, http://thedailygrowl.net

A few friends and i opened it around 7 months ago and we are still trying to get the word out, if there is anything that needs to be changed or added please let me know.
i am open to all criticism.

Too many fonts going on and the background is blurry.

But but I don't like it at all

Very "choppy" looking. Not sure what to make of it. The fonts are definitly a issue. Perhaps change the fonts to a more commonly used style, and it would make the site easier on the eyes.

There just seems to be too much going on... when I get the site I am not certain what the site is about. I have a hard time determining what you want people to do when they visit.

I would work to clean it up and go with a much simplier and cleaner design. Less is more.
