Looks ok, the form is in desperate need of some styling.

Theres not much need for anonymous emailer.
Most people with basic php knowledge could make an identical one in a matter of minutes.

With that same argument, there's not much need for MySpace. Anybody with a free hosting account and basic HTML knowledge can create a decent looking profile page in a matter of minutes.

MySpace was originally pitched to the non-geeks who don't know a thing about setting up a website. This anonymous emailer website certainly won't become a MySpace, but my point is that all he needs to do is target people who don't know anything about programming or coding and he will get a steady stream of punks who want to mess with their friends.

I think its a great idea, but you need to work on the design.

Things I would do.

1. HTML Rich text area. - try this http://www.kevinroth.com/rte/demo.htm
2. For design idea check out some templates. Google 'HTML Templates' you should be able to integrate one.

Design is great and as 007 said it will target a lot of people wanting to fool there friends.
Just be careful as some people might abuse it to bulk mail
