With that same argument, there's not much need for MySpace. Anybody with a free hosting account and basic HTML knowledge can create a decent looking profile page in a matter of minutes.
MySpace was originally pitched to the non-geeks who don't know a thing about setting up a website. This anonymous emailer website certainly won't become a MySpace, but my point is that all he needs to do is target people who don't know anything about programming or coding and he will get a steady stream of punks who want to mess with their friends.
