Hello, I would like some honest feedback/criticism about every single aspect of my forum. I would really appreciate it if any of you could offer some. The forum's url is http://www.heroeshq.com

I dont think the ad placement is that great, maybe blend it with the actual forum.

When I first come here, I have no clue as to what it's about, but considering you'll be getting mostly organic hits, it should not be a problem. But to help out users who aren't seraching for heroes and who just stumbled on your site, maybe help them out with the heroes logo and a call to action that gives some info. on what it's about.

I like the site alot, I think it leans to the right a bit more. Not really in the middle (in firefox). I do like the colors and sidebars but the ads could use better blending and maybe some new stylish buttons to match your forum.
