Looks good. The top banner and sidebar look great.
The actual forum looks pretty generic though.

I wanted it to be light, easy to read and fairly fast loading, On my previous style I had background images on almost everything which made users mad w/the loading time so they seem happy with the plain style.

Is it too plain? What could I improve on?

It looks good man, much better then the previous design.
The AdSense ads are hard to read though.

Which ones? On the top or the left?

Also, I dont know if you looked before or after I changed the top advertisment.
