Website Review and Suggestions

Hey everyone..
Well, I've got Messageboard.cc a new skin, and since then we're earning a couple members each day now :thumbup:

Just wondering if anyone has ideas for the site in terms of content, ad placements, layout, and just the general idea of the site.

The domain of course is probably fine right? And I don't think it's too much of a problem... comments are great though!

It is REALLY bright and really skinny. Might wanna change those.

I would also allow guests to view the threads/posts. I lose interest quick in a forum if as a guest I can see any posts.

I think it suffers from being too general, it's not clear what it's about. When I scroll down there are loads of different unrelated subjects.

If you only have a few members most of those categories are going to be empty.

I would imagine when opening a new forum wouldn't it be best to have just a few categories as at least then they will look busy. Later on when you have more traffic then you can create these additional sub categories.

Just my 2 cents
