Its a website for a guest house which I designed for my company.

Its hosted on our South African server, so it could load slow for you guys.

Bad
1. The contact link at the bottom of the page leads to cantact.htm which should actullay lead to contact.htm
2. The bottom of the location page is not fitted in correctly like the other pages.

I like that a lot. Real Estate / Housing sites are always a little harder to design for me, but I like what you did a lot.

Go here casa-mia.co.za/suites.htm ! In the footer the contact us link it is point to contact.htm so the page result it is "Not Found" !

the site has a very professional feel to it and the layout looks great. The site is pretty easy to browse as well. I'd say it does what it needs to do fairly well.
