I suggest making the main blog post text black or at least a darker gray. It is a bit light on the eyes. Also, what does the "HD" stand for?

You might want to adjust them, reference them, DMCA them, or write your own.

It simply too much of ads for me in one page. Maybe you can increase the font size of your page. I think it is easy for people to read your content with a bigger font size

to save your skin just reference them the author of the website

I would say you should use unique articles and a unique design to be really successful. I have sites that use articles from directories and a freebie design but I think google penalizes because it sees so much similar content. They are somewhat successful but not big hits.

yeah as they say pictures always tell a thousand words

i see ads in our local newspaper and the weight loss ads that do well and always show are the ones with big before and after shots.

how about adding an image, maybe 1 or 2 so that it may be exciting to look for and will not be dull. 1 or 2 will do so that the standard and professional look will stay as it is.
