I'm in the process of designing DoAlp.com .
Trying to use colors of Indian flag here...
Please give some constructive comments for the design. Any browser issues, color matching etc...

It's just a basic layout for the site. The coding etc is not complete yet. I was hoping to get some design reviews before continuing with the coding.

It's kind of um....1999? Try some free CSS template sites, such as www.openwebdesign.org and www.freecsstemplates.org
