I'll be brutal.... the Windows XP phase is dying out.... I think you're a little to late on this train, but I could be wrong.

People are still wary of upgrading to Vista. So XP will stick around for a bit longer. At lease until they release Vista SP1 (or Vista Second Edition or Vista 2008 or Vista the-really-really-fully-supported Release)

What I think of the design? I think the design is good - looks nice and is simple and easy to understand.

Other things that I think could be improved are:
- Spelling and grammar errors throughout
- The information does not seem very useful
- It appears to be set up as a blog - ...are you expecting that people will check back regularly to get the latest tips? I'm not sure if many people would be into that kind of thing, but who knows...
- Your URL does not limit you to XP - how about changing to Vista?
- The "About" and "Contact" links don't work as you may know...

Now how about you write a brutal review of MY site www.goalposting.net which is another thread in this forum...
