Looks very nice, I particularly like the integration of the Adsense on the right - this is one of the few cases where I think image ads works better than text. I'd probably suggest getting rid of the top ad though as it doesn't seem to fit in with the design of the site very well. The site logo should also link back to the home page - this is pretty much a standard feature nowadays.
