I really like it! Great placement of the contextual ads, seriously. I'm not very experienced with monetizing from adsense so I'm not sure how efficient it is, but from a design stand point I would say that the ads flow nicely with everything and are easily visible all the while you still feel like you're at the hereos forum and not just a big advertisement. Looks professional all together. I would love to know how your ads are doing with your current traffic and maybe what your expectations are as I've been thinking about making a couple niche forums myself with adsense. Thanks, traffic is very minimal that this point. I am getting about 300 visits daily, I'm probably going to take a majority of the ads down just because it not worth it.

I've seen great results with the ad in the header right below the navigation bar. Eventually I will place ads within the posts and after the first post. Those placements I found to be very effective for guests.

Also the season does not start for another month so traffic is going to be slow until then.
