Website Review and Suggestions

Following on from my growth journal in the monetization section I thought id ask for a few reviews on the site design.

No content at the moment so sorry about that, comments on link structure and design are welcome, thanks alot guys.

My only suggestion would be taking out the "Welcome to Ireland-Trips.com" heading when you start placing content. Reason being, having the domain as a heading makes it look like a parked domain, especially with the adsense right next to it. I like the navigation, it looks pretty easy to follow and find something.

And maybe one more suggestion... I noticed the clover was kinda hard to see in the left corner of the head pic, and it would be nice to have that stand out a little more - could be good for branding.

I think the link structure is fine but you just need to work on the designing of the site as theres nothing so attractive on the site which is able to attract a visitor who visits the site for the first time and can assure its re-visit.
