I have no idea what a Naruto is, but it looks pretty clean.
For your adsense this is what I would do:
Blending into the background always works best, you cant do that on your header as it's a gradient. I would move that block below into the white area above the title.
I'd also put the second block of adsense below the embedded video. Users scroll down to the video, watch the episode and then when the video is done there is no adsense for them to click out on.
