1. Your site appears to have no content of its own, but merely affiliate links to other sites? I guess that might work for a certain audience, but a big turnoff to me. Instead of just a directory, why not add related content like articles, blog, forum, or something similar?
2. The individual pages of the directory require too much scrolling for my tastes. There's only a half dozen links in each category anyway. I would make the image for each link smaller (maybe 100x100 max) and rearrange the links so you can see all the links above the fold in each category with no scrolling required. It will make your site look a little more bare, but face it your site IS bare because there's not much on it. So that should give you incentive to add more content =).
3. I'd take the page counter off of the homepage, and not have it visible anywhere on the site. Surely you have some kind of statistics package that you can look at as the admin (if not get one). With the counter at 1837 currently all it does is tell people that your site doesn't have much traffic. Which can only hurt you for people to know.
4. Not a big fan of the black background.
5. The category links on the navigation bar at the left are very 1990-ish. Come to think of it, the site really doesn't have much in the way of a design at all. Just a black background page with a header and archaic-looking links on the left. I would recommend either getting a professional to make a design for you, or using a free CSS web design template (there are many available on various sites of the web).
