Please review my General Web Directory with a custom skin that I designed.
The website uses the phpld script.
What do you guys think about my choice of colors and the general layout of the site?
I currently looking for suggestions to improve the site look and make it more attractive.

The design is clean and easy to read. The category layout is somewhat reminiscent of DMOZ. Good looking site.

I think the logo could use some work honestly.

You provide paid listing.. There is no free listing.... Add one more category.
