A few things -
1. Background music is a no-no. People are going to your site to learn about it, not to hear stuff. Let them opt in for music. It doesn't add any special personality to the site, and if anything, people get peeved.
2. Are you trying to get reviews on the design or do you need good content? At first glance, you provide no geographic information, not even in the title tag. At the minimum, put something like Lemon Leaf Restaurant, Renton, WA.
3. Content is a must. If you want to rank, add some content about your restaurant. Visitors like knowing a little about where they're going. Give a little history about the restaurant, what made you get started, etc.
4. For Google Local, add the physical address of your site to the footer.
5. Your site is not rendering at all properly on Firefox 2.0.0.13. For example, the menu isn't loading at all and the contact us page shows yellow text on a white background. I see where you're headed with IE7, but it's not FF compliant -- or maybe just not for me.
