It appears to be very nice, however why is everything aligned to the left?

As mentioned above, you should center the site not have it floating to the left. Generally, the design looks very boring, plain, and simply.

I think it looks quite nice, but a few things bother me:

1) Each page should have the same navigation on the left.
2) The text on the right that says what page you are on looks out of place.

Good luck with your site!

Hi Colonel Angus, here's my review. Hope it helps!
  • Nice color scheme
  • The logo at the top left seems a bit blurry, and you should move the word "Skillz" over so the "z" is not hidden.
  • Try center aligning the page and see what that looks like
  • I am not sure what the yellow ">" is for at the top? Maybe try moving it over a bit though to the right?
  • I don't think there's a need for the ">" next to "Forms & Prices." I mean I know that it's there because there's a sub menu, but I'm not sure you really need it.
  • Try keeping that left menu consistent on all the pages. You change it and "fold" it up on the subpages, but I would leave it on all of the pages.

Matt

Your site is ok. I like your header and logo, but everything below needs a little design work IMO. I would try a IMG rollover for your menu tabs, The body text border I don’t care for at all, maybe you could change it from just a square to a rounded border that used your color scheme somehow.

hope this helps.

It looked fine until I clicked on different things on the menu.. then it turned into one horrible MESS. Try to keep everything in the same places as you do on the initial index page. Always keep the menu the same.. I saw you have at least 2 types of menu displays and that's really bad. Try to keep every page looking the same and only the body or 'article' content changing. This will keep everything much more organized and look as nice as your main index page.

Good luck with everything!
