There's only a few things I would change. The first thing I noticed was top right where the first line says 'registered users' and then gives all the fact numbers. You could move that up a line so that there isn't so much space above it and so little space below it. And also the speckles in the background interfere with reading the text so you might want to edit those out.
You placed a text menu under the text google ads. It took me a minute to figure out that was the menu. I would make it more obvious and give the menu 'buttons' instead of text.
Where you ask for a donation you actually tell them where on the site page its located. Why not just put a 'click here' and hyperlink it to the donation page?
You have a lot of ads and a lot of games, and they are all mixed together, which makes me wonder if you want traffic to stay on your site, or be 'accidentally' taken off your site to your sponsors on every 3rd click?
You already have sufficient ads on the individual game pages, so really there's no point in jumbling them all together on the index page. Up to you though. Just seems a way to lose and piss off traffic to me.
