heyy every1

well i have made a site called xxownxx

its a moparscape forum but its got so much more

ive been working on it for around 3 months now

ive added alot of codes to try and make it the best it can be

and im outta ideas on wat to do now

so if any 1 has any cmments or suggestions please feel free

I didn't view the site, but I think you should get a real, full domain name instead of a subdomain on smfforfree.

Hi,
It's nice to start young and early

, and I understand the lack of money thing... ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Some things about the site:
Make the text on the banner much clearer. The colors of the font are too similar to the background of the image at the top.
Make the links at the top expand when you click the text itself, not just the little red boxes next to it.

A good start, I fully endorse what the previous reviewer said.
I found the text over the logo almost unreadable and was confused with your navigation. I am aware that you explain that the red crosses are the link but feel that if you need to explain your navigation to visitors you have failed to provide a satisfactory system.
As I said a good effort to start with, good luck for the future.

Hi Legend 123,

When viewing your website, try typing or copy pasting
javascript:top.resizeTo(800,600)
into a web browser address bar (best done with FireFox). This will be how visitors with small screens (notebook and laptop computers, surfers from less developed countries) see you website. For full review, mine will be about the same as for this thread.

Further point to add. I know youngsters likes fanciful and graphic heavy websites, but too much may distract visitors from the content, which is what should be important. Don't know about others. When I go to websites, I want information, not to be entertained with nice graphics. My opinion is fanciful websites are for website owners to enjoy, not for visitors looking for content. But this is only an opinion of an old unfashionable grandpa which you can ignore if you want.

What's the content of the site? I am confused as to what that is. The site really doesn't explain it well to me.

The banner is big and fancy. Yep, it's annoying. Kind of pointless. A good wide but not tall image would look better IMHO. (If one at all)

The color scheme kind of seems blah too and the layout is a bit confusing.

6/10 imho.
