Wow it's really bg on the different topics, but i kind of didn't find the colors that nice, it's just white with a little bit of light blue and dark blue, so maybe try adding a few more colors, and some pictures would work nicely.

At first impression the site looks nice.

The images for new posts and no-newposts on index page do not impress, kindly think about changing them.

The forum is based on SMF which is simple to use and the template used for the forum is good.

You have also used google ads on top and at bottom of the page, thats good.

Overall the site is good looking with good number of members and posts. With such large number of members and posts its hard to maintain the post quality, we can understand it, but try to give some time for this also.

I would change the logo, and the color scheme. There are too many forums that are blue. Bleh... they are all starting to blend together. Do something that makes your's stand out. Like a different color scheme or adding graphics.
