Website Review and Suggestions

I am looking for some of your thoughts, feedbacks and suggestions on my new webmaster forum, it's around a month old.

Please be honest, what you like, what you don't like, where I can improve, etc.

There are some errors with format under your little welcoming section before the advertisement. The placeholder ads at the bottom of the forum are irritating, and they'll probably be even more so when you get some actual ads there. I would suggest putting them on the side.

As far as the theme goes, it's clean, simple, and well organized. To me it's kind of boring, but there are no real problems with it that would turn people away.

I suppose I just don't like blue? There's not a lot of color variation (that's just my style.) or subtle accents. It's a good theme, just not in my taste, haha.

I liked the logo, as it loaded it first, it gives some good impression to a new visitor like me.
And other things, everything is very simple and well setup.

But have to agree with Sneakyheathen's point - color variation should have been there.

The design looks good and I like the design of your logo too. It helps visitors easily recognize the name of the forum.

what does this remind me of? There was this one site, I can't remember the name of... It was a forum where webmasters could talk..
