Simple and nice layout. except for the white spaces at the top, generally okay.

It is certainly clean and simple.

I would make it clear in the header, what the forum is about, i.e. is it for web developers, or designers, etc.

Its a nice and very simple layout. Though i will have to agree with other people. It does look a little too plain. I would add a colorful banner at the top personally.

The site looks good and simple. I think its better to improve more the design of the logo to make it more eye-catchy.

Because of the ad bar in the top, the page has become bigger and doesnt look that good.
Colors and logo are good

I think the appearance has no problem at all except the space on the side, I think it will help if you put some ads on the side or some logo.

the margin are CSS made , 35px ...
