Website Review and Suggestions

I just launched my plugin development service at the following URL: http://www.plugin-developer.com

I was going for something simple and light, but explanatory of what I was able to do. I've already gotten quite a few quote requests, but I'd like to see if there is anything out of place that I'm missing. Please review the site, and, if you can, point out what could change.

I like it, its really nice. The only thing I would change is the box at the type that scrolls the text down, its really tough to look at and actually read whats contained in the box and it kind of makes me dissy, lol. Good luck!

Overall it's quite nice. But it looks like it's still a little rough around the edges.

The scroller thing in the middle works really well, but something about it doesn't look "finished". It looks like a proof of concept. Maybe trying something with the border (similar to the one on the quote now box), or a different look/feel for the buttons. It just doesn't feel like it "belongs".

Links to the current page tend to throw users for a bit of a loop. The logo link to the homepage is what the user expects, but if you're already on the home page it becomes redundant. Same with the links in the footer. I have a nice little javascript function that disables links to the current page if you're interested.

The display of the nav links at the top on mouseover is awesome. Strong, simple, descriptive. Before the mouseover, the text tends to look a little washed out, and not as powerful as it should. Have you tried switching it to your dark blue color to match the rotator box to make it more powerful?

Overall a good design.

The site overall is very appealing to the eye (color scheme, etc.); However, I will say the site is very wordy, and most viewers don't take time to read what looks like a newspaper. IMO, they read bulletins and banners.

Hey nick i just want to point out that you say "Simply fill out the quote request form, and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours." but at the top box you say "describe your problem and i will respond in 24 hours"

You would want to make those the same.

The design looks nice especially its header. Its content is good too. But try to add some style to your text so that more visitors will be more interested to read it.
