I find the design of your site great. It really looks professional. Its layout is nice and clean. What I like best is your menu with different colors.

Its clean, but there is something i dont like about the page. It seems a little cramped? I dont know what it is but im just getting that feeling that its just cramped. Everythings a little too close possibly. I would take out a few of the ads. You dont need that many and that would help with spreading things out a little bit.

I like the layout, not sure about the buttons.

Maybe try shades of green ?
