I think your banner is too big. Cut down on the height - there is a ton of white space where you have "about us". I've read that you want the guts of your page to be on your first page so the user knows what your site is about without having to scroll down and by making your header smaller, you could incorporate more information in the first screen shot.
I personally think your feature page could be changed from a 3-column to a simple content area. I agree with the three columns on the Get a Site page but not all pages look good with three columns. The information you have on the feature page, I think, would be better in one content area or maybe even a two column page. But this is only my opinion.
On the support forum page - I thought the logo would take me back to the home page but it doesn't. I found that link way at the bottom of the page. I think you should move that link up to the top.
On all the pages you have two places for your links. I think you could take the links in the white space down to the dark bar going across on the bottom of the header. This would also help you in making the header smaller.
Just my opinions.
