As someone said, the "double search" is very confusing. It seems like the orange one has no effect, so it might be good to remove it.
About the layout, it's clean obviously, but lacks two things: personality and readability. As said earlier as well, skate sites usually are a bit more grungy and even if you want to depart from this stereotype it might be a good idea to replace it with something better than the current flat-dull-2color layout.
Readability: first there's the menu on the left. Simply increasing the font-size, centering the text and darkening the grey would make it way easier to read.
Secondly, the articles are a bit inconsistent. In http://skateboardingtips.gnhq.net/in...=156&Itemid=11, it's hard to read, the titles are simply underlined. In http://skateboardingtips.gnhq.net/in...=159&Itemid=13 however, you have better titles, easier to read and to scan. Just propagate the design of the latter to the former.
Finally your site is everything but accessible. I guess it doesn't matter much for a skateboarding site but just look at the tables in your source: they are all over the place, and for no good reason. It's all the more difficult for you to maintain and for people with something like, say a audio screen reader to understand the page.
Still it's a good site, the core conent is easy to reach and it's not broken on any of the major web browsers.
