It's not bad. I like the logo and your site has a clearly set color scheme.

It looks like it needs a bit more content on the front page. . .and perhaps a bit more graphical content in the sidebar instead of having a lot of white all over the place. This also goes for the footer.

Also push the sidebar down a bit. Currently, it's too close to your search box and it makes the site look a little squished.

All in all though it's not bad.

I think your site is quite good, i really like the design and the logo's, and the colour scheme you use for the template, overall you've done a great job!

I don't have the time to review the site, sorry, but I would like to point out that Wiktionary notes that:

Is this a free template? I've seen it before in a packaged core of CSS templates.

The colors are good and the integration menu+search is easy to use.
I find the text rather small, it doesn't match the glossy aspect of the menu and also creates useless empty space. It makes it harder to read as well.
There's a small bug in safari with the menu:

The code is a bit messy (too many tables, <a> nested in divs instead of just <a>s...).

For instance instead of:

plus a text-align:center; in whatever your list is wrapped in.

Do you need a digg button? "Bookmark this page" makes sense, but the big prominent digg counter isn't really in tune with the kind of website it's on (more a repository of data than a timely hype).

it really looks good.
clean & crisp. the color use is very relaxing to the eyes.
and it's easy to navigate around the site.

It look beautiful. The only comment I have is - no graphics just text. A few graphic / images can make a difference.

Very clean and simple I like it. I would replace the tables in "Aircraft Data" and wrap them in one of those rounded blue boxes you use everywhere else, for consistency.
