Just finished building and designing a new forum.
Besides your review let me know the following things:
1. I am using 80% PNG images but i have a transparency script added. If you see any image problems let me know, including the browser you use and version.
2. Using so many javascripts the loading time will suffer. On my internet connection everything runs very fast. If you have loading problems let me know your internet connection speed.

And to answer your questions as best I can - using FF 2 (and checked using IE 7as well) on a basic cable connection, and I see absolutely no problems with graphics or javascript performance.

well, your forum looks good. some sites on the scroll can't be click.

1) When viewing in IE6 you still have the png transparency problem. The transparent bit shows up as a light blue background.

2) When viewing in 800x600 resolution (also in IE6) the top right links roll over to a new line.
